Jeff Matvienko shot one of the best rounds ever at Riverview on Sunday. A gross 77, resulting in a 3-under net 69, was 6 strokes better than the 2nd place finishers Chris Kumia (84-9=75) and Charlie Padilla (84-9=75). Jeff earns his 12th career Weekenders victory, just one behind all time leader Dennis Enright. He earns a spot into the Player's Chanpionship at the end of the year. Congaulations Jeff, great shooting!
The hardest hole, not suprisingly was #13, the downhill par 5. It played 2.25 strokes over par. Only 1 golfer, Tyler Seidel, recorded par for the hole.
The easiest hole on the course was #4, the short par 3. Hank Zygmunt almost holed it out from the tee. Just missed by 18 inches.
